Valley Golf Course was such a big
success that we wanted to continue
the tradition that was started while
Kastera LLC was a single company.

In April 2007, Kastera LLC changed
its business model to more effectively
service the industry.

Kastera Development and Kastera
Homes are separate entities managed
by different teams of great people
pursuing independent goals.

Thanks to all participants for being our guest
at Kastera Development’s own Shadow Valley
Golf Course for the Second Annual Fall Classic.

We hope the opportunity to share our optimism
and commitment to the Treasure Valley and all
development related partners is well received.

By holding two separate events, this year’s Fall Classic gave the Kastera Development team
a fantastic setting to personally introduce ourselves to bankers, title companies, financiers,
real estate brokers and agents, developers, home builders and several industry vendors
while enjoying some great fun knocking the golf ball around one of the best golf courses
in the valley.
